Terms of Service

By accessing or using MyDealsInCity ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users — consumers, merchants, and administrators.

• "Platform" — The MyDealsInCity website and mobile interfaces.
• "Merchant" — A business entity registered on the Platform to publish offers.
• "Consumer" — An individual browsing and redeeming offers.
• "Offer" — A discount, deal, or promotion published by a Merchant.
• "Redemption Code" — A unique alphanumeric code issued to a Consumer for claiming an Offer.

You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your OTP-based login credentials. One mobile number may only be associated with a single account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

• Merchants must provide accurate business details including GST number where applicable.
• Offers must be genuine and honour the stated discount or freebie.
• Merchants must not publish misleading, fraudulent, or illegal offers.
• All offers are subject to admin review before going live.
• Merchants on paid plans must honour the terms of their subscription.

• Consumers must redeem offers fairly — one redemption per offer unless stated otherwise.
• Redemption codes are non-transferable and must be used within the validity period.
• Abuse of the redemption system (e.g., creating multiple accounts) will result in account suspension.

MyDealsInCity acts as a marketplace and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any product or service offered by Merchants. Disputes between a Consumer and a Merchant should be resolved directly between the parties. We will, however, take action against Merchants who repeatedly violate these Terms.

Merchant subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. Payments are non-refundable except where required by Indian consumer protection law. A 7-day grace period is provided for renewal. Failure to renew will downgrade the account to the Free tier automatically.

All content, logos, branding, and software on the Platform are owned by MyDealsInCity or its licensors. Merchants retain ownership of their own business content and images uploaded to the Platform but grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, MyDealsInCity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or harms the Platform's reputation. Merchants may cancel their subscription at any time; access continues until the current billing period ends.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
